BrightMinds partnered with Peaky Digital as part of their wider digital strategy, with a keen focus on looking to rejuvenate their email marketing strategy. With a huge inventory of products, and a dedicated audience with a variety of product-specific interests, there was a huge opportunity to tailor their email strategy for effective marketing.

Our Strategy

We started by revamping the sign-up form to drive customer subscriptions, before reviewing existing automations and identifying gaps for email flows to capitalise on user engagement. To start the customer journey, we created a welcome series – a soft introduction to the brand USPs and resources for users to engage with. This was followed with key automation flows including browse abandonment and abandoned checkout, customer win-back, and thank you forms.

 

To ensure consistent audience engagement we created a campaign strategy that capitalised on key content themes and promotional calendar dates and delivered a refresh of email templates – delivering eye-catching designs to capture users’ attention.
