THE CHALLENGE:

The Stay Company came to Peaky Digital to increase their local rankings in Google and Bing for PPC and SEO. As a new company and a new domain we knew we had our work cut out.

THE STRATEGY:

We began with a full audit of the PPC account, tightening up the structure and focussing our targeting on the terms we knew were highly likely to result in a sale. We then started to build the account back up, building everything in an extremely tight structure that was conducive to improving quality score and increased relevancy between search term, keyword, ad, and landing page.

High level analysis facilitated strategic use of budget. We looked at attribution modelling to set separate targets for high assisting keywords. We utilised models to determine bid adjustments for day parting, location, device, and RLSA.

We also ran a site audit of their current website, identifying immediate technical SEO fixes such as their website becoming HTTPs and also the booking system being moved across to their current domain as this was across two domains. Once these fixes were made, we created a content and outreach strategy to improve on page content and offsite link building,
