CASE STUDY

THE CHALLENGE:

Derbyshire Mobility came to Peaky Digital to increase their digital footprint within their local area through SEO, PPC and Google Shopping. The main objective was to increase brand awareness and drive relevant traffic to the website with the secondary objective to boost sales from their online shop.

THE STRATEGY:

Local on page optimisation – Optimising the content on the site with location specific content which is accessible to search engines but also sells well. We also added several key elements to the page such as local business schema mark-up to influence local search results listings.

Local off page optimisation – Local SEO involves collecting the right citations on relevant websites, preferably in the right geographic location – this had a direct effect on local search results. We actively pursue local citations to improve local rankings

Google My Business – If you’re running a local business and you’re not fully utilising Google My Business then you’re missing out on valuable opportunities to reach local customers. We set up a verified Google my business listing and improved the appearance of search engine results.

Google Shopping – Creating a localised Google Shopping campaign to include all products in their online inventory.

PPC – Creating a search campaign around the 3 core areas of the business, all localised to Derbyshire.

 

 

THE RESULTS:

As there were no Google Analytics previously available, we do not have metrics to benchmark against historic data. A few metrics from our campaigns we are proud of are:
