THE CHALLENGE:

Optalis offer a full suite of professional homecare services, from conventional homecare, to companionship services and more innovative offerings. Optalis approached Peaky Digital to create a PPC campaign to generate an increased amount of qualified job applications for the job vacancy section of their website.

THE STRATEGY:

The main objective of the campaign was to generate awareness, with the ultimate aim of increasing inbound enquiries for the recruitment team to convert to approved workers.

When taking over management of the account, we discovered there was no conversion tracking established in Analytics. This was our first area of the focus, allowing us to have full transparency over the performance of campaigns.

Two campaigns were set up with a targeted demographic focus on the Wokingham, Windsor and Maidenhead area. One of these campaigns included generic keywords which were geo-targeted e.g ‘care home jobs near me’. The second campaign was targeting UK-wide for people typing in desired locations e.g ‘care home jobs in Windsor’. This enabled us to capture the whole market rather than only people who were currently located in a particular area.

THE RESULTS:

Optalis enjoyed a large increase in people filling out the contact form (although we can’t track this in % increase due to no conversion tracking being in place previously)
