THE CHALLENGE:

Coffee Central approached Peaky Digital to manage all their social media channels from posting organically to managing their social media advertising spend. They wanted to increase their brand awareness to work alongside their current digital channels and increase traffic and enquiries to the website.

THE STRATEGY:

With so many touch points for people to interact with brands, from website to social media ad, and the cluttered space within which brands compete for attention, communications is a complex business in today’s world. But with the right strategy, ideas and tools, great opportunities exist. We identify those opportunities and use relevant techniques and tools to help clients market themselves and their products.

We started by creating a content calendar; ensuring regular content was being updated across all social platforms with a strong hashtag strategy to increase engagement and reach.

We then got to work creating different personas for their audience targeting to start building out the audiences for the advertising campaign. We created a variety of ad sets and creative and split test against the audiences built.
