Bali BISA, also known as the Bali Spa Academy, are a professional spa therapist school, training students from across the world. The international academy approached us to help grow their online marketing presence and increase traffic to their website.

THE CHALLENGE:

Based in Bali, Indonesia, Bali BISA wanted to target international students across the globe and increase the volume of traffic to their website. They needed to push interest in some of their key courses, to ensure viability for the programmes to run.

THE STRATEGY:

  • Initially beginning with PPC as a primary channel, we also worked to incorporate SEO and UX activity to achieve Bali BISA’s aims. 
  • We restructured their PPC campaign and implemented countdown adverts to increase a sense of urgency for customers to sign up to approaching courses.
  • We built domain authority through outreach and guest articles. Target publications were identified through competitor backlink analysis.
  • We optimised the website for international audiences through changing the language code.
  • Analysing existing customer interaction and drop-offs on conversion through heatmapping software analysis, we created actionable recommendations for improving website functionality.
  • Fixing technical issues to improve website performance, we positively impacted key factors for website visibility. 
  • Adding schema to courses and blog posts to increase visibility.
